SHIPPING: 

Please allow 1-2 business days, for us to process and ship your order. This time frame may increase during sales. *Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.

We process and ship out orders Monday - Saturday and are closed on, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided. Goddess of Victorē LLC reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm  or with your local police department. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Currently not shipping international orders.

RETURNS: 

Returns are easy at Goddess of Victorē! We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we do not accept returns that are past the 14 day/ 2 week delivery time frame.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Goddess of Victorē does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

Due to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition that it was sent, with no sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Otherwise the return will be rejected by our return department. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent.

All swimwear and accessories (jewelry, bags, hats etc.) cannot be returned. 

Any item purchased using a discount code higher than 15% is non-refundable (including all items marked as Final Sale)

Once the package has been released to us by the post office, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on your bank funds may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be reflected onto your account.
