 Can I change/ cancel my order

Please contact

support@goddessofvictore.com right away if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once your order has processed, we will be unable to make any changes/cancellations.

 What if I received an incorrect/ damaged item?

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact support@goddessofvictore.com within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item. Please include a photo of the incorrect item and order slip you received. If not reported within 3 days, a replacement/refund will not be issued.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer.
